Marketing Materials

PROCESS:

  1. Gather goals, usage, and requirements

  2. Source images (within license and budget)

  3. Edit images

  4. Provide a few mocks, keeping within brand specifications

  5. Collaboration and feedback with the client

  6. Revision cycle

  7. Final printer-ready PDF files and JPG/PNG digital delivered to the client/printer

  8. Keep project on track to meet deadline

SAMPLE DELIVERABLES:

  • Printed poster

  • Social media image

  • Digital image for website

  • Double-sided postcard for handout or direct mail

  • Digital banner ad

  • Special project as needed

  4. Provide a few mocks

  5. Collaboration and feedback with the client

  6. Revision cycle

  7. Final logo in various formats, sizes, usage guide delivered to the client

  8. Keep project on track to meet deadline

Logo Development

SAMPLE DELIVERABLES:

  • Color, black, white logo in JPG/PNG/PDF/EPS

  • JPG/PNG files in small, medium, large dimensions

  • Lettermark, favicon, various formats (horizontal/square/vertical)

  • Any specifications such as fonts and spacing

Brief:

  • New parent company created, named Peninsula Lively Arts, with 5 divisions

  • Peninsula Ballet Theater has been an active non-profit since 1967 bringing high quality productions and lessons to the Bay Area

  • Want a very clean, modern style

  • Each division have same logo that fits with parent logo style
